Full Terms and Conditions of the Warranty
Rugitall assures the initial buyer of our products that they will be void of material or manufacturing flaws that could hinder satisfactory usage for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty aligns with Australian Consumer Law and does not curtail any rights you may have concerning faulty products.
To initiate a warranty claim, reach out to us at service@Rugitall.com providing your personal details, order number, and a minimum of three photographs exhibiting the product's damage or defect. An original receipt is mandatory to establish proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to products purchased from Rugitall.com. Additional photographs may be requested to evaluate your return request.
We may request more details to facilitate the assessment of the damage or defect. A response to your return request will be provided in a reasonable time frame.
Should your warranty claim be accepted, we will, subject to Australian Consumer Law, repair or replace the product where feasible, or refund the product price in part or full as appropriate. Damaged products should not be returned unless expressly authorised by us in writing. Products cannot be returned to physical stores and at this time, we do not offer store credit or exchanges.
This warranty is inapplicable for defects reported to Rugitall beyond one year post delivery to the original buyer. The remaining warranty period for a replaced product will be based on the original purchase date.
This warranty does not cover the product's serging or fringe, nor does it apply to damage resulting from wear and tear, commercial use, improper maintenance, or damage not inherent in the product at the time of purchase. Any condition caused by exposure to moisture, accidental damage like tears, burns, stains, or damage caused by pets or improper cleaning methods is also not covered.
- Colour Variations: This warranty does not cover minor differences in colour and texture from specification samples or website images.
- Improper Padding: The warranty will be nullified if improper padding is used.
- Topical Treatments: The use of topical treatments, including aftermarket soil, stain, or insect repellents, will void the warranty.
This warranty is only applicable in Australia.
Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this warranty. If our products fail to meet the required quality standards, you are entitled to a replacement, a refund for a major failure, or compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Please be advised that no product is impervious to every condition. Regular care and cleaning are crucial to maintain the product's long-term durability and appearance.
